I'm so frakking tired of this.
All of this hideous crashing and banging going on, the temperature fluctuations, the stupid ghosts, and when I finally get to sleep, it's one of those dreams again. What've you lot been doing for them, then? Anyone in the infirmary have anything to help with it?
A horse tranquiliser, maybe. An emergency stiff drink. Graduation, perhaps. I'll not be venturing out for anything frakking less, alright?
...thank you.
[ OOC: No, weird and distressing dreams (more than the usual kind) aren't an October symptom. Yet, anyway. But Baltar is making Assumptions that could stand correction. Tag-back also might be a bit later on but will get to them. ]

Private.
How long has it been since you've been sleeping?
Private.
Does it have side effects?
Private.
Other than that, no one has experienced anything other than twelve uninterrupted hours of sleep.
Private.
[ Probably saying whatever I don't even care is not what the doctor wants to hear. ]
I need something tonight, I'm a bit-- desperate. If you can manage it. And then after that, perhaps just, only if things get particularly terrible. If I need a night off.
Private.
Private, then spam.
[ Cuts the transmission, and makes his way for the infirmary. It's without too much drama save for a brief scare, but that's become par for the course. At least he isn't nursing a burned hand or a heart attack by the time he arrives. He's also still dressed in his sleep things, with the addition of a robe and some shoes.
Knocks tentatively on the frame of the way in. ]

Hello Gaius. Step into my office?

[ Arms bundled about himself, he goes to follow her inside said office, his wired breed of tension not yet gone from bony shoulders or the furrow of hos brow. ] I don't envy your job.

[Martha sighed for a moment and then shrugged.] I don't envy myself this job at the moment.
[She turned her back to him and pressed her hand against the wall for a moment. There was a clicking sound the security system opened. When Martha turned back, she had a small bottle in her hand.]
I have to insist you take it here, I'm afraid. You'll have time to get back to your room before you fall asleep, however.

Of course, yes. It sounds rather potent. Wouldn't want it handed around. [ He holds out a hand for it, brow furrowing. ] I don't know anything about magic, you know.

Talk to Sev, that's Severus, rather, he'll be able to explain it better than I could. But I trust it, and have taken this potion myself on multiple occasions.

Cheers.
[ Lifts the small bottle, and tips the contents into his mouth, head back to have it all go down cleanly. Tonight is a night for trying new things. ]

Let me know tomorrow how well you slept, alright?
Spam.
I shall, of course. [ Levers himself to stand, tying closed more his robe. ] Wish me luck for the journey back and-- thank you, again. I do appreciate it.

[She had time, she decided. At the very least she could make time.]

[Martha grinned at him, clearly making a joke.]
